Delivery

Mainland UK Standard delivery is £5.95 and normally takes 3-5 working days. We aim to deliver as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days in busy periods. Please be aware that due to Coronavirus orders may currently take up to 10 working days for delivery. 

We offer a Priority 48 hour delivery service Monday – Friday for £9.95 subject to items being in stock and available in mainland UK only. Please note that this service is currently suspended.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. In the event that an item becomes out of stock once you have placed your order we will always email or phone with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives. Similarly, if your order is likely to be delayed for any reason, we will of course contact you. We do not substitute other goods if the items you require are not available.

We are happy to send small unbreakable items outside of the UK Mainland including worldwide. Please email us with your order (copy and paste your basket contents) and we will come back you the best shipping quote charged at cost.

Packaging

It's worth mentioning that we recycle all packaging where ever possible. So please be aware that your parcel may contain re-used boxes and packaging, this may not always look pretty but it's functionable and avoids waste and is kinder to the environment.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return anything purchased on our website for an exchange or refund for any reason within fourteen days.

Please return the item/s in their original condition / packaging and we will exchange/refund you excluding the postal charges.

If your order arrives damaged please email a photo of your item within 48 hours to info2@sallybourneinteriors.co.uk Where possible and stock permitting we will replace your item, if this is not possible we will refund you.
